Original Equipment Manufacturer's Part Numbers are used for identification of parts only. Original Equipment Manufacturer's names are also used only for reference purposes.

Damages & Order Errors

Damages must be reported immediately. All external damages should be reported to the carrier and noted on the shipping document when signing the delivery receipt. All concealed damage should be reported to us immediately. Any damage not reported within thirty (30) days of receipt cannot be adjusted or credited.

Any shortage or shipping error should be reported immediately. Any order or shipment errors not reported within 30 days of invoice cannot be adjusted or credited.


We guarantee satisfaction with the quality and service. If you need to return anything, please call us first!

Returned items that have been unused and are in the original, undamaged packaging will incur a 15% restocking fee. No restocking fee is charged for warranty claims, defective items or due to our shipping errors (if reported within 30 days).

If the shipping package looks damaged or open, please refuse the package and call our customer service.
